Goodwill of KYOWVA Area, Inc., believes in continuous lifelong learning! Our Employment and Training Center, located adjacent to our store at 1005 Virginia Ave W in Huntington, offers educational programs designed to reflect to meet the needs and interests of a wide variety of students.

Our programs prepare students from all walks of life for a new career in as few as four weeks. In addition to specialized, real-world training, students receive job search and resume preparation assistance.

We also offer comprehensive Life Enrichment programming centered on the latest technologies and popular trends, as well as classes in computer basics using Windows software and Microsoft Office suite.

We offer:

• Training and certifications in medical office skills; retail sales/management; customer service; and custodial.
• Identification of employment barriers
• Job readiness training
• Adult Literacy Education and GED
• Basic Life Skills Training
• Computer training: Microsoft Office Suite and computer basics

Other specialty classes are also offered each semester!
