Our Workforce Development programs are all about helping people gain real skills, real confidence, and real opportunities. Whether someone is just starting out, starting over, or stepping up—we meet them where they are and help them move forward.

Learn by Doing
No textbooks collecting dust here—we’re hands-on and ready to roll. Through partnerships across our community, participants gain experience in retail & customer service, workplace readiness, digital literacy & basic tech skills, and life skills that actually matter. Every program is tailored to the individual—because one-size-fits-all belongs in clearance bins, not career paths.

Personalized Career Support
We don’t just point you in the right direction, we walk the path with you. Our team helps with resume- building that stands out, interview prep (goodbye awkward silences), career coaching and goal setting, and connecting with local employers who believe in inclusive hiring. We focus on strengths, not limitations—and that changes everything.

Job Placement with Purpose
Getting a job is great. Keeping it and growing in it? Even better. We work closely with local businesses to match participants with opportunities that fit—not just fill a spot.

Ongoing Support for Long-Term Success
Our support doesn’t stop on day one of the job. We stick with our participants by providing job coaching, workplace support and accommodations, continued skill-building, and growth opportunities for advancement. Because success shouldn’t be temporary—it should be sustainable.
